Quality assurance through careful controls
Our actions are based on customer’s requirements and we guarantee the maximum possible care regarding food safety and product quality during the manufacturing process. To achieve our ambitious aims, we developed an own management system accompanying the complete process.
A significant instrument for food safety in our company is the HACCP-plan (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point), which is based on the Codex Alimentarius (ALINORM 93/13 Appendix VI). This instrument defines extensive precautions to supervise the processes.
